1. Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
All products sold on Loomie Crochet are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final - we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete and the download link has been delivered.
2. Defective Files
If you encounter a technical issue with your file - such as a corrupted download, incomplete pages, or a broken link - please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and send a replacement file if the issue is verified.
3. Wrong Item Purchased
We recommend reviewing all pattern details, difficulty levels, and previews carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to process refunds due to accidental purchases or change of mind.
